When ordering items from LashLixx you agree to our shipping policy.
If you make a mistake keying in your address, email us as at lashlixx@gmail.com as soon as the mistake is made we can usually amend your address in time before we ship. However, if the mistake has been made after the item has been dispatched we are unable to issue a refund.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer any returns due to hygiene rules.
We do not offer a refund for any lost packages as we are not responsible for postage issues.

Please note that business days does not include weekends or public holidays.
UK: Our shipping starts at £1.99 & never exceeds £2.99, postage is usually based on its weight. If you spend more than £35 you automatically get free shipping
Once dispatched, orders usually take 3-5 days to arrive and 90% of the time will arrive on time but please understand this is still standard delivery we cannot guarantee this and sometimes this may be delayed. Please note during busy periods your order may take a few days to leave us, but this will tell you at checkout.
International: (including Europe, US & the rest of the world)
Standard: 7-10 business days (EU) or 10-20 business days
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature of Lashes we will only accept return on unused and unopened lashes. Please visually check that the items are to your liking before you remove it from its packaging. We are unable to refund any lashes that have been worn or removed from the lash tray/case.
ORDERS PLACED ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. PLEASE BE 100% SURE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only accept returns that are unused and in the same perfect condition sent, we have strict checks and if the product is not in this condition, it is non refundable in any circumstances and will be sent back to you.
